Stefan recently created the book layout and designed the cover for the latest book by Heather Bond
33 Heather Bond was on top of the world living a real action hero’s life. Her passion to push her physical and mental states lead her into the world of extreme sports, careers, and lifestyles. She trained alongside America’s most elite special force teams; Marine Recons, Navy Seals, and Hot Shot firefighters. Dropped off by a helicopter into a remote region to face a fire’s fury was exhilarating. She relished in the satisfaction she received while being thrown through a window or being shot in a fight scene as a Hollywood stuntwoman. She had it all until a twist of fate robbed her of her physical prowess and identity.
She searched for answers. With her mother by her side she set out on a spiritual journey that landed them both in a West Bengal Indian prison accused of terrorism.
Athena Rising, takes At the reader on an odyssey through the terrors and pleasures of an Indian prison; the selling of her soul for an esteemed career which led to a sexual harassment lawsuit, a broken spine and spirit. Passion to Live tells the story of Dr. Ronald Kapp and his tennis-playing friend Eric as they tour the island of Sardinia, Italy, searching for the secret to a long and healthy life. Through lively banter, Dr. Kapp explains the history and recent scientific developments in aging and health. Ronald Kapp, MD, PhD is an anti-aging research physician and practicing bio-gerontologist with a clinical focus on optimizing brain performance. Dr. Kapp takes the best-of-the-best current scientific discoveries and puts them into practice. He has developed an effective program to guard against the chronic diseases of aging (diabetes, heart disease, dementia, osteoarthritis, cancers, etc.) that afflict modern society. His program is founded on the principles of the longest-lived and most-healthy cultures around the world. He integrates the cultural practices of these healthy populations with the current findings and methods of 21st Century science.

Journey tells the story of Beth Martens, a young, successful and talented woman who one day discovered a small lump on her neck. The doctor told her it was stage four lymphoma, and thus began her three year nightmare journey through the medical meat-grinder known as oncology.
Over the next two years, Beth went on an inner Journey to self-knowledge working through the eight archetypes. Without further medical treatment, Beth’s lymphoma went into remission and she has been cancer free for 20 years. More than that, Beth had also found her purpose for living.
Journey is a bold, powerful work of spiritual wisdom guiding readers along the road to knowledge of God and your own soul. Doing interior soul work helps you find your path in the world, to recognize your spiritual calling, and live it to the fullest.
